[August 27, 2004] - Intap Expanding Dial-Up Coverage

We are happy to announce that Intap has expanded its dial-up coverage. Currently, our dial-up users only have access within Rhode Island . With this change, we will now offer dial-up in 17 different states and the District of Columbia .

To accommodate this upgrade, will we be making the following changes:

  1. The current dial-up numbers of (401)854-7000, (401)854-4700, (401)854-4701 and (401)854-4724 will NO LONGER BE IN SERVICE. The dial-up numbers available, in Rhode Island , will be as follows:

    Providence (401) 537-5465

  2. All Intap users must add “@intap.net” to the end of their existing user name when logging on to the internet. For example, if in the past your dial-up username was userOne it will now be userOne@intap.net . The new usernames WILL NOT work with the existing dial-up numbers. Your password WILL NOT CHANGE.
